Terms & Conditions/Reservation Agreement

In order to transfer accurate information and provide on time service, passengers need to provide us a convenient phone number. LTG is not responsible if the passenger can not be reached to communicate.

If contact has not been made after one hour of pick up time, reservation will be considered a NO SHOW.

Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles. Under age consumption of alcohol and possession or use of drugs in any of the vehicles is prohibited.

Any changes on your travel, please contact us at 1 407 476 0429 immediately to reschedule accordingly. We monitor flights to accommodate you accordingly to the best of our ability. Any changes made unreasonable amount of time prior to the reservation, (such as the time of scheduled pick up, missed flight, etc.), it will be considered a no show. Please be certain all flight, contact and reservation information provided to us with the accurate information, we are not responsible if the arrival/departure information, flight number and pick up address provided to us is incorrect or not provided to us at all.

We offer a 15 minute grace period for the specified pickup time on the reservation. Overtime pay will apply after the grace period at the rate of requested vehicle in 15 minute increments. Domestic Airport arrivals have 30 minutes courtesy wait time to pick up luggage. International Airport arrivals have 45 minutes courtesy wait time to pick up luggage.

All stops should be pre-arranged through customer service and will incur additional fees. This includes picking up additional passengers at other locations. Please pre-arrange any stops you may be aware of prior to pick up. You may also consider our hourly transfer rates, if you should have multiple stops, as they may be better suited and more cost effective.

LTG is not responsible for delays or the termination in unsafe road conditions caused by nature and not under control of us. Additional fees may apply for weather conditions resulting in hazardous or difficult driving conditions.

Our policies are straight forward and we stand behind all services we offer. If you must cancel or reschedule a reservation please contact us by email ( ) or by calling the company directly ( 877-LTG-1480 or 407-476-0429 ). If you must cancel anytime after the following allotted time periods you will be charged the full price of the reservation. We are flexible and happy to work with you and your company if you need to change departure or arrival times as long as these changes are made within a timely manner. This policy is subject to change. A 30% nonrefundable deposit is required upon booking any trip. We recommend that you make your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the actual pick up time. However, last minute reservations are possible depending on vehicle availability. Reservations scheduled within 12 hours of pick up are non-refundable. All registration and billing information must be truthful and accurate.

Providing false information may constitute a breach of terms. By processing your request, you agree to accept all term and conditions and be responsible for payment on requested services. If it becomes necessary for you to cancel a reservation, the following cancellation policy will be applicable.

Mini Coaches, Full Size Coaches and Limos: If a cancellation is made within 48 hours we will charge credit card on file 30% of original fee. If a cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to date of job we will charge 100% of original fee.

Mini Vans and Mercedes Sprinters: If cancellation is made less than 12 hours in advance we will charge client 100% of original fee.

Sedans and SUV's: If cancellation is made less than 4 hours in advance we will charge 100% of original fee.

No shows will be billed at the total reservation amount including but not limited to the base rate, tolls, parking and the chauffeur’s gratuity.

Payment method is to be established prior to the run. The standard industry rate of 20% additional charge for gratuity and processing fees, applies to all additional charges.

All initial charges, fees and discounts are estimated based on standard rates and fees. Additional tolls, parking, stops and other fees may apply. Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip.

LTG is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date.

The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Fees will be assessed based on the actual cost to repair and time associated with the repair at a rate of $100 per hour. Sanitation fee is 250$.

Client assumes sole responsibility for any and all lost, stolen or missing personal items during the term of the rental. Please be sure to gather all your belongings when you exit the vehicle at the end of the rental. Our phone number for lost and found is 1 407 476 0429.

Any fines incurred as a result of not following these policies are the responsibility of the customer. Once reserved vehicle is dispatched for pick up, charges and fees are non-refundable in regards to passenger error in vehicle capacity.

The chauffeur has the right to terminate run without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Not responsible if client did not view full policy description. All policies still apply.
